Immediate opening for a highly motivated, sales-driven National Account Manager who will be responsible for identifying and developing revenue opportunities within a specified region of the United States.

This is an inside sales position. The selected candidate will be required to develop relationships with existing clients, cold call prospective clients, respond to inbound leads, and creatively generate new leads for the territory.

Small to medium size businesses. Selling to all titles including Network Administrator, IT Manager, Director of IT, CIO, and CTO.

Qualified Candidates must have:
? 3 to 5 years B2B direct sales experience and hardware sales experience/knowledge
? Bachelor degree required
? Proven track record of success in a fast-paced sales environment
? Experience establishing relationships and selling over the phone
? Experience managing the entire sales process from prospecting through closing the sale, as well as post-sale support
? Acute Internet search abilities
? Excellent organizational skills for prioritizing workload
? Driven, with a passion for achievement and self-improvement
? Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications:
? Relevant product and industry knowledge
Position Accountabilities:
? 70% Inside Sales
? 15% Product Training
? 10% Data Entry
? 5% Other

Responsibilities:
? Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quota objectives
? Meet or exceed prospecting objectives
? Maintain pipeline objectives and an accurate forecast of the assigned territory
? Develop territory plan with the Vice President and the Sales Manager
? Utilize available tools to establish and grow strong relationships with key decision makers
? Leverage available business intelligence to deliver targeted messaging and value to clients
? Collaborate with the marketing department on localized campaigns and lead generation strategies
? Effectively manage client base utilizing Company?s CRM / Sales Force Automation tool
? Produce timely and accurate estimate and invoice documentation
? Work with customers to resolve issues involving changes to orders, pricing, and returns to ensure customer satisfaction
? Maintain full knowledge of Company?s products so as to be able to fully explain all offerings
? Consistently improve product knowledge through self-study, monthly team presentations, and quarterly training sessions
? Stay current with trends and initiatives within the computer hardware industry
